Rancho Community Church, Philippines

In August 2011, Dale Duhe and David Carreon Jr. assessed medical needs in Palawan, Philippines mountainous regions where infant mortality rates are as high as 50%. As a result, “Plus1 Palawano” was started by Rancho Community Church as an ongoing medical initiative employing trained health workers to provide preventive and medical care for Palawano children and families in highland communities where there is none. Ted Kochanek volunteers as Team Leader here while Duhes serve in an advisory capacity for this project

-Pray that the Filipino Medical Team Leader, Hannah, along with her assistants in the region, would build trust and lasting relationships with the Palawano families in highland areas so that they might provide valuable medical care to their children.  Much of their culture relies on the witch doctors for their medical needs and they do not know other alternatives.

-Pray for financial provision so that we can continue funding this ministry project.
