Alex McLean has been serving at Rancho Community since 2009 and leads the Worship and Communication teams. He’s had experience as a youth pastor, worship leader, service producer, teaching pastor, and church planter.
A branding & graphic designer by trade, Alex likes to connect the dots, help tell stories, and make cool stuff. At Rancho, he is responsible for the look & feel, how we communicate, and how our worship services are presented.
Because of the nature of my role I get to work with almost every person on staff at Rancho – which is awesome. We have such amazing talent, servant’s hearts, and people who genuinely care for those who come through the doors and those in our community. It’s my pleasure to do everything I can to make sure things make sense and speak to our values whenever they come in contact with Rancho Community Church or School.
Alex has been married to Jen since 2000 and they have three “high octane” children – Miles, Macy & Maggie, and one on the way due sometime in early 2012.
